HEV series 1000VDC fuse is our model of HEV-J-Q, the installation available in center to center bolt on.They can line in circuit of DC1000V,current rated of 5A-800A,and the breaking capacity up to DC30KA.The performance and dimension conform to GB13539,IEC60269,UL248.

Application of the 1000VDC fuse

It is suitable for short-circuit and backup protection of semiconductor devices such as frequency converters, rectifiers, inverters, various power supplies, as well as power batteries, motors, capacitors, wires and other equipment and devices. This product has good anti-vibration and flame-retardant properties, and is suitable for applications in vibration environments such as rail transit and motor vehicles.

Conditions of use

Normal use conditions and parameter correction

The fuses work normally under the following normal conditions and no any additional correction required.

When it exceeds the normal using conditions, some parameters or consultation may need to be corrected if they are within the allowable using conditions. If it is beyond the scope of allowable using conditions, you should consult our company, and carry out the work adaptability evaluation and test of the conditions.

It is recommended that the current value of long-term current shall not be greater than 80% of the rated current.

Ambient Air Temperature

Normal using conditions: -5°C ~ 40°C.

Permitted conditions: -40℃~85℃.

Parameter correction for ambient air temperature changes: working below -5°C, the pre-arc time of the fuse's low overload current is slightly extended, and the rated current is slightly increased. But unless above -5℃ is not in the working range, generally do not consider increasing the rated current of the fuse.
