1.Application of HRC fuse
This series of fuses are suitable for rated voltage of 500VDC/AC,rated current of 10A-500A,and breaking capacity of AC100KA/DC20KA with small size,high breaking capacity, temperature shock resistance, current shock, mechanical vibration and shock, chemical load resistance and other characteristics.It is suitable for short circuit and backup protection of electric vehicle driving power system, energy storage and power batteries, energy storage capacitors, power conversion systems, frequency conversion controllers,chargers,wires and other vehicle devices and equipment.
2.Structure of 500V EV series fuse
The melting tube of this HRC fuse is composed of high temperature resistant ceramic material,with high flame retardant performance and strong hardness.The melt is sealed in the melting tube with a varible cross-section melt made of 99.99% pure silver.The melting tube is filled with chemically treated high-purity quartz sand and specially treated chemical materials as arc extinguishing medium.The contact surface is silver plated to ensure reliable electrical performance,greetly reducing temperature rise and power consumption;Both ends of the melt are firmly connected with the contact by spot welding,which greatly enhance the safety and reliability of breaking short circuit fault current.
